Data Deletion Instruction

Drago Live is just an entertainment application and we do not save your personal data in our server. If you wish to permanently delete your account and remove all associated data from our servers, follow these steps:

1. Open the Drago Live App.

2. Go to the Profile Page.

3. Navigate to Settings.

4. Click "Account" Section.

5. Click on "Delete Account" button.

6. Press “Confirm” to finalize the deletion.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action is irreversible. If you want to delete your personal data but keep your account, email us at info@thegenie.co.in with your username, and we will process the request within 7 days. Some minimal transaction records may be retained for legal compliance. Contact info@thegenie.co.in for further inquiries.
